Insurance & Payment
Alyssa only accepts Lyra insurance. The rest of the treatment team does not accept insurance. If you have out of network benefits from your health plan, you are encouraged to call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask your member representative what your out of network mental health outpatient, office visit benefits are. Please let us know if you have any questions and as a courtesy we can help you understand your benefits.

$300 - 50 minute Individual Therapy Session
$350 - Conjoint/ Family Therapy Session
Clinician’s Rates
$175 - 50 minute Individual Therapy Session
If you have PPO insurance, we are able to provide you with a super bill should you decide to seek reimbursement from your Healthplan. It will be your responsibility to verify what your out of network benefits are and if your insurance company accepts super bills. Should you decide to work with a therapist in the practice, Alyssa can personally guide you in understanding your out of network benefits and how to access them.
Xandy, Reiki Master Teacher
$140 - 45 minute reiki session (note: allow for 80 minutes total as our Reiki Healer spends time with you before and after your session to review your symptoms and experience.)
